A house specialty. Fontanini sausage sautéed in a tangy plum tomato burgundy wine sauce, tossed with tender Ziti noodles topped and baked to perfection with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses
SMOKED MOZZARELLA RAVIOLI . . .
Fresh smoked Mozzarella ravioli, tossed with a delicate sauce made with plum tomatoes, a touch of cream, basil, and freshly grated Parmesan cheese
CAJUN PASTA . . .
Fresh linguine tossed with our blackened chicken breast in a white wine and chicken broth sautéed with garlic, basil, tarragon, shallots, tomatoes and Cajun seasoning
